HR specialist

What you´ll do

• Coordinating and implementing internal HR processes and activities
• Managing recruitment and selection processes for the Adria region
• Ensuring effective human resources management and compliance with corporate standards and legislation
• Preparing reports as required by the head office and communicating internal company policies
• Organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees
• Assisting with salary reviews, promotions and employee retention processes
• Maintaining employee records and handling HR-related administration (registrations with the Croatian Health Insurance Fund, Croatian Pension Insurance Institute, etc.)
• Monitoring time and attendance records, including sick leave, paid leave, and annual leave
• Taking a key role in employer branding initiatives (organization, execution and reporting)
• Administering corporate social responsibility (MIT) projects
• Other duties within the Human Resources department 

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Human resource management, economy, psychology, or another related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage priorities
• Highly motivated person, fast learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of working in Workday environment is plus
• Possibility of working on limited contract as replacement for maternity leave
