Head of ACM GCN

What you´ll do

• P&L owner to drive sustainable & profitable growth in the sub-region;  
• Drives 3-5 years sub-regional SBU / Market Segment / Territory strategies, i.e., core markets & new market development strategy, portfolio strategy, channel strategy and resource investment planning;
• Conceptualizes and executes programs and activities that drive the market and expand customer base and volume (incl. cross-SU activities) with regular steering & improvement mechanism;
• Leads and coaches cross functional team (incl. hiring, talent development, training, retention), with particular focus on Sales excellence & efficiency;
• Develops top to top relationships with channel partners & top customers;
• Provides regular input into rolling forecast, annual business plan and long-term strategic plan;
• Improve customer service level in joint collaboration with AO / SC function and optimize cost structure;
• Part of APAC LT to shape the SBU culture, leadership principle as well as talent pipeline
