Application Manager Consultant

The role connects business users, support teams and technical delivery, ensures incidents are resolved, recurring problems are removed, and small enhancements are delivered through controlled testing and release processes. Further, takes care that documentation, entries in central repositories and security controls are kept up to date.

What you´ll do

• Proven ownership of business-critical applications or data products in an operational environment.
• Strong incident, problem, change and release management capabilities.
• Lead a team of data engineers and front-end developers; coordinates the work of the maintenance team and relevant delivery partners.
• Ability to translate defects and user needs into prioritized backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Pyhton, and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Strong stakeholder management, structured communication and service-oriented decision-making.
• Clear operational documentation, process discipline and fluent business English.
• Ability to delegate and balance tasks within developer team,

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, Development, or any relevant study
• 2 - 5 years of experience.
• Proven ownership of business-critical applications or data products in an operational environment.
• Strong incident, problem, change and release management capabilities.
