About the Team Hiring

IT & Business Transformation is a global function reporting to the Graitec CEO, made up of four teams: Business

Transformation, Data & AI, Information Security, and IT Operations & Platforms. Together we own the delivery

capability behind how Graitec operates and we drive Graitec’s continued transformation.

We work as fusion teams and as one with the wider organisation: technology and business colleagues working

towards the same goals and outcomes.

Business Transformation is the delivery engine, turning Graitec's growth ambition into a sequenced, prioritised

portfolio delivered with precision and pace. It brings together programme delivery and the PMO, enterprise

architecture, change and adoption, and business partnering. The team is new, and this role builds and leads it.

Overview

Business Purpose & Value Contribution

This role leads Graitec's transformation portfolio: the programmes that change how we sell, deliver, bill and serve

our customers, and the governance, architecture and change capability that make them land.

Graitec's plan is for revenue to grow faster than headcount, driven by platforms and process rather than people,

as we move further towards integrated solutions, our own software and recurring services. The role brings our

change into one coherent portfolio, from ERP modernisation and the commercial growth engine to customer self-

service, services at scale and corporate AI. Success is measured in value captured and adopted, not in systems

deployed.

You will build and lead a team of programme and project managers, a PMO and enterprise architecture, and be

the senior transformation partner to Graitec's leadership team, working with the SVP IT & Business

Transformation. This is an opportunity to shape how a growing, acquisitive software and services business works.

It is not a traditional PMO or an advisory role: it is hands-on leadership, accountable for outcomes and credible

with executives and delivery teams alike.

Key Outcomes Expected

What success looks like in the first 12 months

· A single, prioritised transformation portfolio agreed with the leadership team, with a baselined business

case and a named business owner for every initiative

· Portfolio governance live across all programmes: one intake route, stage gates, and trusted executive

reporting on progress, cost and benefits

· Major programmes, including the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout, delivered within 10% of

baseline time and cost

· Benefits tracked for every initiative from baseline, with realised value reported to the board and investors

in EBITDA and revenue terms

· A target enterprise architecture and business capability model published, with integration and master data

standards that every programme builds to

· Change and adoption built into every delivery, with business readiness confirmed before go-live and

adoption measured after

· A repeatable acquisition integration playbook in place, so new businesses join common processes and

platforms at pace

· A strong, engaged Business Transformation team in place, with fusion teams and the business working to

shared outcomes and measures

Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership

· Own Graitec's transformation roadmap, tied to the value creation plan and sequenced with the business

plan and the investment cycle

· Lead, coach and grow a distributed team of programme and project managers, PMO and enterprise

architecture across Europe and North America

· Act as senior transformation partner to the leadership team, turning strategic priorities into a funded,

sequenced portfolio

· Own the team's operating model and budget, and Graitec's frameworks, standards and practices for delivering change.

Portfolio Governance & Value

· Run portfolio governance end to end, with no more process than it needs: intake, prioritisation, stage gates, dependencies, resourcing and executive reporting

· Build investment cases with the business for each major initiative, stating cost, benefits, risk and payback

· Own benefits realisation: baselines before build, named benefit owners, and reporting of realised value, stopping what does not pay back

· Bring objective, data-led challenge to proposals and progress, and escalate early when a decision is needed

Programme Delivery

· Be accountable for delivery across the portfolio: ERP and enterprise platforms, Customer and Revenue, Data and AI, and IT and Security

· Hold programmes to scope, quality, time and cost, resolving barriers and making trade-offs visible to sponsors

· Build repeatable deployment playbooks so each country rollout lands faster than the last

· Manage implementation partners and systems integrators to plan, cost and outcomes

Process, Change & Adoption

· Build Graitec's change and adoption capability, with business readiness, training and communication part of every delivery

· Establish end-to-end process ownership with the business for core value streams, including quote to cash and project delivery to invoice, with controls designed in from the start

· Design standard end-to-end processes with the business, creating them where none exist

· Redesign processes before automating them, then apply automation and AI with Data & AI where the flows and data are ready

· Hand over to business owners once processes, controls and measures are working, so adoption and results stay owned by the business

Business Partnering

· Build business partnering with each function, forming fusion teams with shared KPIs and OKRs

· Work in close partnership with Data & AI, IT Operations & Platforms and Information Security so change lands cleanly into run, with data and security designed in

Enterprise Architecture

· Own the enterprise architecture: business capability model, value streams, target architecture, and the roadmap to fewer, integrated platforms

· Run a design authority so every programme builds towards the target architecture

· Own the acquisition integration playbook for processes, data and platforms, with IT Operations & Platforms delivering the core IT integration

Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

· 12+ years in business transformation, consulting or programme leadership, including at least five in-

house in an international business, leading a multi-programme portfolio with team and budget

accountability

· Personal leadership of at least one major ERP or CRM go-live through to adoption and measured benefits, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics 365

· Portfolio management and benefits realisation at executive level, with investment cases that stand up to CFO scrutiny

· Has set up a PMO or transformation office, including portfolio governance, methods and tooling

· Enterprise or business architecture: capability models, value streams, target architectures, and integration and master data design

· Process redesign across end-to-end value streams such as quote to cash, ideally in B2B software, subscription or professional services

· Leadership of organisational change across multinational, multicultural teams, closing the gap between go-live and real adoption

· Strong partner and vendor management, holding systems integrators to scope, quality, time and cost

· Executive presence and commercial acumen: credible with the leadership team, willing to make hard prioritisation calls, and able to lead through influence without line authority

· Fluency with AI and automation in business processes, and a pragmatic view of where they pay back

· Hands-on, able to build a new team and new ways of working while delivering

Also valued

· Experience in a growing, acquisitive or private equity-backed business, including post-acquisition integration

· A consulting background, or experience building a transformation office from the ground up

· TOGAF, MSP, PgMP, PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications

· Software or SaaS sector experience, including recurring revenue and renewals
