Private Client Account Executive

In this role, you’ll focus on converting leads into new business revenue and building lasting relationships with clients. You’ll develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. 

You’ll also represent Gallagher at community events and industry functions, enhancing our brand visibility and expanding your professional network. By collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure client expectations are exceeded and contribute to the success of our business. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing: 

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients. 

• Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve targets. 

• Identifying market trends and creating profitable industry niches. 

• Representing Gallagher at events to grow your network. 

• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. 

• Experience in the insurance industry, ideally 3 years. 

• Required licenses for provincial jurisdictions and ongoing management of continuing education hours. 

• Ability to attract and retain Personal Insurance clients.
