About the Role
We're seeking a Machine Builder to assemble equipment per mechanical drawings, operate a range of machine shop equipment, and support production programs from build through completion.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble equipment per mechanical drawings
  • Document and communicate changes and problems as they arise
  • Work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Execute ISO Quality standards
  • Communicate with the Machine Build Lead on open issues and build progress
  • Support program success on cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Assist with preparing material for secondary processes (finishing, heat treat, deburring)
  • Effectively and safely operate mills, lathes, drills, presses, surface grinders, saws, and shears

What You Bring

  • Basic computer skills
  • Intermediate proficiency reading part and assembly drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work on/under machines at a steady pace
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to obtain Forklift, Aerial Platform, Overhead Crane, and Lock Out/Tag Out certifications
  • Own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job
  • Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time, potentially domestic and international

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Related vocational education preferred
