About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to our Auto Parts Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for managing and developing recruitment channels (including campus recruitment, school recruitment and internal recruitment), recruiting suitable personnel for the department in time, and reserving relevant personnel.

• Be responsible for implementing the recruitment plan and promoting the recruitment process, including posting recruitment advertisements, searching and screening resumes, organizing interviews and outputting interview reports

• Be responsible for the application and issuance of offer and the handling of the onboarding process to ensure the smooth onboarding of employees.

• Participate in the employer brand activities of the division, and maintain good school-enterprise relationship and employer brand image.

• Be responsible for the in-service personnel management of employees, and cooperate with the business department to carry out performance management, salary management, employee relations management, etc.

• Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership on time.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• More than two years of relevant working experience. Major in Human Resources or related is preferred.

• Have the practical operation experience of human resources recruitment, familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of Hungary.

• Have good communication and coordination skills, service awareness and strong sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance.

• Fluent in English and Hungarian. Fluent in Chinese is preferred.
