Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs while coordinating the daily activities of unionized mechanical personnel. Ensure operational productivity and safety by supervising equipment functioning and adhering to electrical and safety standards.
Requires a degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering with at least 3 years of experience as a maintenance leader in manufacturing. Must have strong technical knowledge in automation and PLC programming, and availability to work rotating shifts.

Sólidos conocimientos en la parte eléctrica, mecánica, hidráulica, neumática, electrónica y automatización; montaje y desmontaje de piezas(E;M;N; H); Programación PLC, Drives, Mantenimiento e instalación de sistemas electrónicos
Responsabilidades Principales
Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento y correctivo.
Coordinar y programar actividades diarias del personal mecánico sindicalizado.
Realizar recorridos en máquinas para verificar su correcto funcionamiento.
Supervisar un equipo operativo garantizando seguridad y productividad
Garantizar la correcta operación desde la parte eléctrica, mecánica, hidráulica, neumática, electrónica y automatización.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente dentro de todas las tareas de mantenimiento
Colaborar de manera cercana con producción para minimizar tiempos muertos y optimizar paros programados.
Garantizar el adecuado uso, cuidado y resguardo de herramientas, refacciones y equipos.
Asegurar cumplimiento estricto de normativas NOM eléctricas y protocolos de bloqueo-etiquetado (LOTO).
