Requires at least 5 years of hands-on electrical or mechanical experience in industrial or manufacturing settings. Candidates must be able to read technical drawings and be proficient with specialized tools for conduit bending and electrical testing.

The ideal candidate brings strong, practical electrical and/or mechanical skills gained in manufacturing, industrial, field, or construction environments.
