Requires a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or HVAC technology with over 5 years of experience in data center cooling. Candidates must be proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems and be willing to travel up to 100%.
The Field Service Engineer – Thermal Solutions is responsible for delivering expert technical support, on-site service, and maintenance for Vertiv’s thermal management systems, including precision cooling units, CRAC/CRAH systems, in-row cooling, and advanced liquid cooling technologies. This role encompasses installation, commissioning, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and direct customer engagement to ensure optimal performance of mission-critical infrastructure.
