The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility's infrastructure and equipment. Key duties include performing repairs on building structures, executing preventative maintenance programs, and managing groundskeeping.
Candidates must have at least three years of industrial maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and completion of Lockout/Tagout safety training are required.

The Maintenance Technician is a key team member responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility's infrastructure and equipment. This role encompasses a variety of skilled maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, equipment relocation, painting, and routine troubleshooting. The US base rate for this full-time position is 21.70. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
