Provide expert technical support and diagnostic guidance to authorized repairers and independent workshops across Europe. Resolve complex vehicle concerns via phone and electronic channels while documenting cases and coordinating field engineer visits.
Requires at least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership role, and a degree in automotive technology. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, with EV/HV certifications being a strong advantage.
