Location: House of BioHealth, Esch-sur-Alzette, L-4354
Job Title: Director of Operations – Governance, Systems & Scaling
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: €95,000 per annum
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for designing, building and leading Uplift360's
operational backbone.
As Operations Director, you will oversee the company's operational infrastructure, business
services, corporate operations, governance and support functions across Luxembourg and
the United Kingdom, ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, compliantly and at scale.
Working directly with the Co-Founders, CTO and Senior Leadership Team, you
will establish the operational systems, governance frameworks and management
disciplines required to support accelerated growth, investor readiness,
customer delivery and industrial expansion.
A key objective of the role is to help Uplift360 scale intelligently through the adoption of
automation, AI-enabled workflows and modern digital operating systems. You will be
expected to identify opportunities to increase organisational productivity, strengthen
decision-making and reduce operational overhead through the effective application of
technology.
Success in the role will be measured not only by organisational growth, but by your ability to
build a scalable operating model that combines exceptional people, robust processes and
intelligent technology - enabling growth without a proportional increase in administrative
complexity or headcount.
The role has management responsibility for the HR function and broader business services
team. However, this is not an HR leadership position. The Operations Director will ensure
that the HR function is appropriately resourced, managed and aligned to business priorities,
but will not personally deliver HR services or own the company's people strategy.
Responsibility for HR strategy, workforce planning, organisational design,
reward strategy and board-level people governance remains with the founders and
designated HR leadership.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution and is ideally suited to an
experienced operational leader who has successfully scaled organisations in high-growth,
venture-backed or industrial environments.
