Als Operations Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt CRM, Prozesse & Reporting sorgst du dafür, dass unsere operativen Abläufe effizient funktionieren und alle relevanten Informationen jederzeit transparent verfügbar sind.
Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Finance und Operations zusammen, optimierst Prozesse, stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher und unterstützt durch aussagekräftige Reports und Analysen wichtige Unternehmensentscheidungen.
In dieser Rolle hast du die Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten, neue Standards zu etablieren und nachhaltige Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Sales, Finance und Operations
Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz
Dokumentation bestehender Prozesse und Unterstützung bei deren kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
Aktive Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung operativer Abläufe
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Salesforce CRM-Systems gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen
Erstellung von Reports sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Dashboards
Erste Ansprechperson für CRM-bezogene Fragestellungen und Koordination zwischen internen Stakeholdern
Steuerung und Unterstützung monatlicher Abrechnungsprozesse über das CRM-System
Überwachung relevanter KPIs sowie Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen für Management und Fachbereiche
Erstellung von Forecasts, Analysen und operativen Auswertungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance-Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse
Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
Koordination einzelner Arbeitspakete und Abstimmung mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Systemanpassungen
Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, denkst analytisch und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick. Zahlen, Systeme und Prozessoptimierung motivieren dich genauso wie die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams.
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung bzw. entsprechendes Studium
Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Operations, Sales Operations, CRM oder Projektmanagement
Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce
Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten
Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Reporting-Tools
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung mit Salesforce
Kenntnisse in Jira oder ähnlichen Ticketing-Systemen
