The Application Architect is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting internally developed engineering tools and integrations. Key tasks include specifying new functionalities with stakeholders, managing user stories, and coordinating bug fixes and testing activities.
Candidates should have a background in application architecture or senior software engineering with expertise in Oracle databases, Azure cloud, and system integrations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, along with fluency in Finnish and English.

Making Future
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Architect to work together with AFRY Finland Industry division Engineering Tools team and to further develop, maintain and support AFRY’s internally developed engineering tools and integrations. To ensure continuity and further development of AFRY’s engineering tool platform, your key responsibilities will include:
Work location can be any of the AFRY Finland offices, however Vantaa, Tampere, Kouvola, Oulu, Turku and Kuopio are preferred and hybrid options are available.
