Product Manager - Pricing & OTA management

Emotion Mobility is building the operating system for the modern car rental industry. We’re looking for a Product Manager for Pricing & OTA who is ready to rethink how pricing and distribution work at their core.

This isn’t a role for someone focused on incremental feature delivery. It’s for someone who has seen how pricing and OTA integrations operate today across legacy systems, static rules, and fragmented tooling and is ready to rebuild them using AI as a first principle to drive measurable revenue impact.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our dynamic pricing engine and OTA connectivity layer tools used daily by car rental operators across Europe and beyond.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in pricing, revenue management, or yield optimisation within travel or mobility (airlines, OTAs, hotels, car rental, or similar)
  
• Strong understanding of distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA integrations, with exposure to platforms such as Expedia, Rentalcars or similar
  
• Data-driven with a clear point of view on how AI/ML can reshape pricing decisions, demand forecasting, and operator workflows
  
• Motivated to move from traditional environments into fast-paced, tech-driven companies where execution matters
  
• Clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to make decisions while bringing stakeholders along
  

What You’ll Build

• AI-powered pricing engine: Dynamic, demand-aware pricing that adapts to fleet utilisation, booking patterns, and market signals
  
• OTA connectivity layer: Scalable integrations ensuring rate accuracy, availability sync, and channel-level performance visibility
  
• Operator tooling: A pricing control centre combining human intuition with AI-driven recommendations, built to be fast and explainable
  
• Data feedback loops: Systems that turn every pricing decision into input for continuous model and product improvement
  

What to Expect

In the first 30 days, you’ll embed with customers and engineering to understand how pricing decisions are made today and where the biggest pain points sit.

By 90 days, you’ll define and deliver the first iteration of the roadmap, shipping early and validating with operators.

Between months 3 and 6, you’ll take ownership of the OTA integration backlog and pricing engine v2, working closely with data and ML teams on model development and training strategy.

Within your first year, you’ll lead a product area that measurably improves operator revenue and strengthens Emotion Mobility’s platform differentiation.
