Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating integrations with other systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management, SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing enterprise project management solutions within complex environments.
- Experience in integrating packaged applications with diverse business systems and third-party platforms.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in overseeing software release management processes, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to packaged or cloud-based applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Portfolio and Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
