Candidates must have consulting experience as a project and technical lead in hydrogeological investigations. Proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English is required.

Hydrogeologisektionen på WSP med drygt 60 hydrogeologer i Sverige är en av landets starkaste grupper inom tjänsteområdet. Genom sektionen driver vi på nationell nivå en gemensam plattform att stå på, där vi tillsammans utvecklar såväl bred kunskap som spetskompetens. Sektionen ger oss bra förutsättningar för teknikutveckling och erfarenhetsåterföring samt möjliggör varierande uppdrag inom grundvattenområdet. Vårt mål är att fortsätta utvecklas och bli den mest eftertraktade aktören inom hydrogeologi hos både kunder och medarbetare. Vi är redan en stor organisation men vill bli fler för att kunna hantera alla spännande uppdrag och fortsätta vår utveckling tillsammans.
Om tjänsten
Hydrogeologiavdelningen i södra Sverige består idag av 37 hydrogeologer fördelade på sex kontor, Göteborg, Malmö, Helsingborg, Varberg, Kristianstad och Kalmar. Vi premierar samarbete inom gruppen och som oftast är projektgrupperna mixade mellan kontoren för att underlätta daglig kontakt och teknikutbyte. Vi arbetar även tätt med våra kollegor nationellt och med förgreningar in i den globala verksamheten.
Inom tjänsten kommer du att arbeta tätt tillsammans med medarbetare inom andra teknikområden, som geotekniker, projektörer och markmiljökonsulter. Projekten som kan vara både stora och små är inom exempelvis infrastruktur, vattenförsörjning, geofysik och täkter.
Här på WSP får du möjlighet att utmana dig själv, driva projekt och vara med och arbeta med grundvattenfrågor i en rad olika sammanhang.

Vi söker dig som har konsulterfarenhet som uppdrags- och teknikansvarig i projekt med hydrogeologiska utredningar. Vi tror också att du, för att bli framgångsrik i rollen, är prestigelös i arbetet samt tycker om att samarbeta och utvecklas tillsammans med andra. Du får hos oss på WSP möjlighet att ansvara för att handleda juniora medarbetare och arbete förekommer både självständigt såväl som i grupp. God förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska är viktigt liksom intresset att vara med och driva vår verksamhet framåt, både tekniskt och marknadsmässigt.
