The role involves sourcing used formwork and scaffolding by visiting construction companies and dealers to evaluate material quality and negotiate prices. You will identify new supply sources, monitor market trends, and collaborate with global sales and warehouse teams.
Requires a commercial, shipping, or technical education with experience in procurement or sales within the construction industry. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 50%, possess strong negotiation skills, and be fluent in German and English.

Du kennst die Bauindustrie und hast Freude am Einkauf von gebrauchter Schalung und Gerüste, analysierst Märkte strukturiert und führst Verhandlungen mit einem klaren wirtschaftlichen Fokus? Du willst nicht nur im Büro sitzen, sondern dir Märkte und Material auch vor Ort anschauen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Aufgaben:
Du bist regelmäßig unterwegs und besichtigst das Material direkt vor Ort bei Baufirmen und Händler
Du bewertest die Schalungen und Gerüste und bekommst ein Gefühl für Preise und Qualitätslevel
Du verhandelst Preise selbstständig
Du baust Kontakte auf und suchst laufend neue Bezugsquellen
Du beobachtest den Markt und erkennst Trends oder Möglichkeiten
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Lager in Ennsbach, Österreich und dem Vertrieb weltweit zusammen
Du kümmerst dich um Anfragen und unterstützt bei Reklamationen
abgeschlossene Ausbildung (kaufmännisch, Spedition oder technisch) und entsprechende Erfahrung im Einkauf oder Vertrieb in der Baubranche
Erfahrung mit Schalung und Gerüst ist von Vorteil
Kaufmännisches Wissen sowie Import- und Export Erfahrung (Incoterms) von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprache von Vorteil
Reisebereitschaft bis zu 50 %
Verhandlungsstärke und wirtschaftliches Denken
Selbständige, proaktive Arbeitssweise
Verlässliches, offenes Auftreten
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Führerschein Klasse B

Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert. Wir sind dennoch gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) 37.755,- EUR auf Vollzeitbasis.
