• Develop, execute, and manage leasing strategies to achieve annual occupancy and revenue targets. 
  
• Identify, approach, and secure potential tenants for retail units, kiosks, and promotional/event spaces. 
  
• Conduct commercial negotiations and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation. 
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants to support long-term business growth. 
  
• Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular leasing activity and occupancy reports. 
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of leasing initiatives and tenant requirements. 
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mall leasing, retail leasing, or commercial property leasing. 
  
• Proven track record in mall leasing, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and achievement of occupancy and leasing revenue targets. 
  
• Up-to-date with retail, lifestyle, and commercial property market trends, with an extensive network and tenant database across retail, F&B, lifestyle, entertainment, and related industries.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. 
  
• Target-driven, proactive, and highly skilled in relationship building and networking. 
  
• Willing to travel when required
