s a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strong commercial performance through excellent account management, flawless execution, and close collaboration with key partners. You will help deliver sales growth, strengthen brand distribution, and ensure effective business management across your accounts.

This role will give you the opportunity to lead key activities that support business growth and progress your career. In this role, you will:

• You will deliver volume, value, and profitability targets across your assigned accounts.

• You will ensure excellent execution in alignment with Marketing and Trade Marketing priorities.

• You will oversee execution and develop a strong end-to-end understanding of the Modern Trade business.

• You will analyze internal and external performance data to generate insights and identify business opportunities.

• You will manage account and store operations effectively to support excellent in-store execution.

• You will conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with the team to track progress, align on priorities, and define the way forward.

• You will manage the end-to-end Joint Business Planning cycle with National Key Accounts, translating insights into commercial plans and negotiating commitments to deliver excellent in-store execution.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with the following required skills and experience to help us achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience in account management within consumer products or a similar industry.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Strong analytical ability, systematic thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills, with a practical “getting things done” mindset.

• High standards of integrity, credibility, commitment, and professionalism.

• Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of responsibility.
