JOUW ROL
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Operations Manager om ons team te versterken van onze warehouse locatie in Roosendaal. In deze operatie werk je voor 3 klanten waaronder een wereldwijd toonaangevende fashion retailer en twee schoenenmerken. Je zult actief betrokken zijn bij het dagelijkse werk in het warehouse, waar je optreedt als coach voor de Supervisors. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de operatie en optimaliseer je waar mogelijk. Je weet hierbij steeds de balans te vinden tussen de belangen van de medewerkers, van CEVA en van de klant.
Als Operations Manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Contract Manager. Jouw team bestaat uit meerdere Supervisors (5) die rechtstreeks de Assistant Supervisors (7) en de Operationele teams aansturen (60-130 FTE). Op een informele manier wordt er elke dag gewerkt in een LEAN en dynamische omgeving. Je maakt deel uit van het Site Management Team, waarmee je dagelijks samenwerkt om de service te garanderen, en voortdurend te optimaliseren en bij te sturen. Samen met hen creëer je een werkplek waar iedere medewerker zich goed voelt en de kans krijgt te ontwikkelen.
