As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers within a fully automated warehouse in Venlo. You ensure that all inquiries, orders and complaints related to storage and transport are handled accurately and efficiently. You play a key role in keeping the operational processes running smoothly: you’re on it.
How you do this? Using your knowledge of logistics operations and systems, you make sure that the correct data and planning are in place for inbound goods, order processing and outbound shipments. You closely monitor the automated pick and pack process, identify deviations and proactively communicate with customers, internal teams and carriers. You achieve this by:
