Responsible for verifying product shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and registering weights and lots in the Agrosync system. The role also involves coordinating forklift operators and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
Requires a high school diploma and knowledge of warehouse routines, informatics, and the coffee industry. Candidates must be able to manage shipping tags, samples, and hygiene standards to prevent cargo contamination.

Sobre as responsabilidades:
Diariamente confere o embarque de produtos (sacaria e containers) preparando ou verificando a documentação necessária: confere as planilhas de embarque verificando VPE E OIC e a numeração dos containers, verifica a emissão das Guias de Serviço que irão ser envasadas, faz as etiquetas de identificação dos mesmos, confere a criação de “tags”, registra o peso e o lote do carregamento junto ao sistema (Agrosync), colhe amostra para a classificação e aguarda para liberação do embarque.
Atenta para higienização dos “bags” cuidando para evitar a contaminação da carga com produtos diferentes e, dessa forma, evitar problemas na qualidade do produto e aceitação do cliente.
Orienta os Operadores de Empilhadeira nas manobras para retirar o produto para embarque uma melhor logística na movimentação dos lotes de despejos de pilhas e no maquinário.
Cuida da ordem e limpeza do local, equipamentos e ferramentas de trabalho solicitando serviços de manutenção quando necessário bem como observa os procedimentos de segurança na operação e uso apropriado dos EPIs.
Executa outras tarefas relacionadas com o cargo, a critério do superior.
