职责描述：
1.建立并持续改进工厂一体化EHS管理体系，确保符合《安全生产法》、《环境保护法》等法规及 ISO 14001/45001国际标准及总部标准
2.编制、审核、发布EHS体系管理体系文件、作业规程及应急预案，制定EHS目标、指标与管理方案，推动全厂落实与EHS责任制的考核。
3.组织工厂EHS危害因素识别与管控，聚焦化工生产特点，重点管控高风险作业，确保相关作业风险可控
4.对接政府应急、环保、消防、卫生等部门日常工作，保障合规运营。
5. 进行日常现场管理，确保EHS管理制度在工厂的落实，尤其是涉及LOTO等生命安全条例的执行。
6. 根据安全生产法对于专职安全管理人员的要求，落实风险管理、隐患排查与闭环、EHS培训、应急演练等。
7. 对于EHS KPI进行追踪管控，并定期在总部系统进行汇报，EHS月会材料的准备
8. 支持生产、维修、仓库、质量部门的日常活动的风险管控、现场管理等
9. 参与体系管理，如安全生产标准化、ISO体系、AQ3034等，做好相关台账。
任职要求
（一）学历与经验
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、环保、化工等相关专业，3年以上化工、安全、环保工作经验，有欧美外资化工工作经验优先。接受应届硕士优秀毕业生。
2.熟悉应急管理局、生态环境局、卫生健康委员会等政府部门工作流程。
3.精通国家EHS 相关法律法规（尤其化工行业）、ISO 14001/45001、安全标准化 体系标准，熟练运用 JSA、作业票等 EHS 风险管理工具。
4.具备出色公文写作能力与培训授课技巧，熟练使用 Office 办公软件；熟悉数字化工具的应用，如AI在工作中的应用。
5. 英文简单沟通。

1.具备较强学习能力，沟通推动与影响力，能带领跨部门团队完成工作。
2.擅长与一线操作工、政府官员、公司高管等各层级人员高效沟通。
3.观察力与分析能力敏锐，可识别问题根本原因并提出系统性解决方案。
4.坚定认同安全与合规理念，敢于坚持原则；有主人翁意识，主动解决问题，能适应压力下工作
5. 本岗位可以偏环保+职业健康，或偏现场安全管理，须能够独立负责一块内容，若是偏安全岗位，注册安全工程师证为必须。
