Implement the reliability department's strategy aligned with the integral maintenance management system to achieve safety, quality, and cost goals. Manage assigned resources to ensure equipment availability and optimize KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.
Requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of experience at Magna Powertrain in machining lines. Must have 90% proficiency in English and expertise in industrial maintenance, PLC, robotics, and IATF16949/ISO 550001 standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Objetivo de la posición: Implementar la estrategia de trabajo del departamento de confiabilidad alineada con el sistema de gestión integral de mantenimiento; seguimiento y ejecución de los KAI’s para alcanzar las metas establecidas en los KMI´s de Seguridad, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Calidad, y Costos. Administrar los recursos asignados en su área de responsabilidad para garantizar que los equipos estén siempre disponibles para producir en el momento que sean requeridos.
Experiencia: 2 años mínimos de experiencia en Magna Powertrain en líneas de maquinado.
Conocimiento:
Experto en mecánica, neumática, hidráulica, electricidad y electrónica, interpretación de diagramas, sistemas de control industrial. Procesos de Maquinado: conocimientos intermedios en procesos de brochado, generación de engranes, rolado, rectificado, forjado, CNC. Mantenimiento Centrado en Confiabilidad y Criticidad de Activos. Análisis causa raíz, PDCA, 8Ds y ejecución de planes de mejora en activos. Gestión del ciclo de vida de los activos y sus costos
Básicos de PLC (Siemens), robótica (Fanuc, Kuka, Motoman, ABB) y PLC Allen Bradley
Conocimientos Administrativos:Manejo básico de paquetes computacionales de oficina (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Conocimiento del módulo de mantenimiento SAP. Administración de personal. Básico en administración de requisiciones y órdenes de compra. Visio y MS Project. Básico Power BI
Requisitos:
Tener una antigüedad mínima de 2 años en MPTR
Dominio del Idioma Inglés hablado y escrito. 90% Mínimo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar fuera de su horario normal, según se requiera
Dominio en IATF16949, ISO 550001 y normativas de Confiabilidad
