The supervisor is responsible for maintaining process equipment and peripherals in optimal condition to meet productivity, safety, and quality targets. They must manage human resources and spare parts efficiently while leading a team focused on achieving company objectives.
Candidates must hold an engineering degree and possess at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role. Technical proficiency in PLC programming, robotics, and various mechanical and electrical systems is required.

Mantener en óptimas condiciones los equipos de proceso y equipos periféricos para el logro de los indicadores de productividad, seguridad y calidad de los procesos, así como mantener en control las áreas que competan a sus responsabilidades, administrando correctamente los recursos de gente y refacciones para su uso de manera eficiente, a través de la implementación de sistemas que garanticen el logro de los resultados.
