Requires an MBO-2 or VAPRO A level of education with relevant experience as a machine operator in a cleanroom. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Job Description
Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van diverse process-, logistiek- of verpakkingswerkzaamheden binnen een IPT of CoE. Dit betreft onder andere het opstarten van de lijn, het bedienen van machines en het documenteren en vastleggen volgens GMP en SHE regelgeving. Je lost veel voorkomende storingen op en voert orderwijzigingen uit (inclusief de reiniging).
Verantwoordelijkheden
Volledige uitvoering van het proces waaronder het bedienen en instellen van diverse machines en het opstarten van een lijn volgens regelgeving;
Documenteren en controleren van werkzaamheden volgens GMP en SHE regelgeving, zowel op papier als in de electronische systemen;
Melden van productie problemen en storingen en ondersteunen bij het oplossen hiervan;
Afwijkingen op tijd herkennen en adequaat afhandelen/ documenteren;
Uitvoeren van orderwijzigingen (inclusief reiniging) en indien nodig de Line Clearance;
Uitvoeren van ondersteunende werkzaamheden zoals onderhoud, demonteren en het schoonmaken van machines;
Inleren van andere collega’s;
Uitvoeren van 2e GMP controles;
Voorbereidingen treffen en materialen klaarzetten;
Verantwoordelijk voor het verkrijgen, onderhouden en vergroten van noodzakelijke kwalificaties om goed te presteren.
Continue verbetering
Problemen ontdekken en deze kunnen vertalen naar mogelijke oplossingen;
Verbetervoorstellen doen op het gebied van veiligheid, proces, milieu en kosten;
Ondersteun implementatietrajecten en zoek naar procesverbeteringen.
Naleving
Voldoen aan de GMP en SHE richtlijnen.
