Assembles finished products using sub-assemblies and fasteners according to customer specifications and standard operating procedures. Maintains a clean and safe working environment while participating in safety audits and plant-wide communications.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and preferably 5-8 years of experience in a production environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical motions throughout the shift.
Under the general direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Member assembles finished product using sub-assemblies, parts and fasteners according to customer specification sheet and Adient’s ODSs.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma or GED
5- 8 years’ experience in a production environment with evidence of increased responsibility a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Candidate has the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
