The Facilities Engineering Department leads the design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction, modernization, and protection of the physical property, facilities, and equipment of Hitachi Global Air Power. This role works directly with the Facilities Engineering Manager on improvement projects within the department and within the Hitachi group.
The Facilities Engineer position is located at Hitachi Global Air Power in Michigan City, Indiana, and reports to the Facilities Engineering Manager.

In performing the job, the incumbent shall take all steps necessary to comply with our safety rules and requirements and must actively support the organization's efforts to meet and exceed its goals of creating and maintaining a safe workplace.
