The Senior Procurement Manager will lead and operationalize the productivity plan for the Cavite plant, managing an annual spend of 320 million euros across electronic categories. They are responsible for driving productivity projects, managing supplier performance, and mentoring a team of 7 to 9 people.
Candidates must have at least 12 years of global supply chain and procurement experience in leadership positions within large industrial companies or contract manufacturers. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role and strong leadership skills are required.
