Bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan manajemen dan efisiensi operasional unit PPL Bebek di Bandung, dengan fokus pada produksi unggas, pengendalian mutu, dan kepemimpinan tim untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan Mengawasi operasional harian unit PPL Bebek di Bandung, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan target produksi. Mengelola dan memantau kesehatan, kesejahteraan, serta pertumbuhan bebek, dengan menerapkan praktik terbaik dalam pemeliharaan, pemberian pakan, dan sanitasi. Menerapkan dan menegakkan protokol biosekuriti yang ketat untuk mencegah wabah penyakit dan menjaga kesehatan kawanan bebek. Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap fasilitas dan peralatan, memastikan fungsi dan pemeliharaan yang baik. Mengawasi, melatih, dan membimbing tim pekerja peternakan unggas, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan aman. Memantau dan menganalisis data produksi, termasuk rasio konversi pakan, tingkat kematian, dan performa pertumbuhan, untuk mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan. Menyusun dan menyerahkan laporan berkala mengenai kinerja unit, kendala, dan rekomendasi kepada manajemen tingkat atas. Mengelola inventaris pakan, obat-obatan, dan perlengkapan lainnya, serta memastikan tingkat stok yang optimal. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap semua peraturan industri dan kebijakan perusahaan yang relevan. Bekerja sama dengan departemen lain, seperti logistik dan penjualan, untuk mengoptimalkan rantai pasok dan pengiriman produk. Kualifikasi Pekerjaan** Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Peternakan, Kedokteran Hewan, Pertanian, atau bidang terkait.
Laki - Laki Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun dalam manajemen peternakan unggas; pengalaman khusus dengan bebek lebih diutamakan. Memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan dan manajemen tim yang terbukti. Pemahaman yang kuat mengenai kesehatan, nutrisi, dan pencegahan penyakit pada unggas. Pengetahuan tentang protokol biosekuriti dan penerapannya. Kemampuan menganalisis data dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan informasi yang akurat. Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik. Kemahiran dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan cepat. * Bersedia ditempatkan di Bandung dan bekerja dengan jam kerja fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan.
