The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Integrated Management System across all company sites and departments. They will conduct audits, manage project quality documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a postgraduate qualification and possess 15-20 years of construction industry experience. Eligibility for CRPEP grade A registration is required, along with strong organizational and statistical analysis skills.
Role Summary:
The QA/QC Manager serves as the Management Representative (MR) and is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all Nass Contracting sites and departments. This role involves reporting IMS performance and improvement recommendations to top management, as well as promoting customer requirements and quality standards throughout the organization.
