Organize and lead professional certification exam sessions, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory frameworks and administrative compliance. Manage the logistics, jury coordination, and candidate reception before, during, and after the sessions.
Requires strong administrative reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain neutrality and impartiality. Candidates must be able to enforce strict regulatory rules and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités de certification, nous recrutons des responsables de session pour l’organisation et le pilotage des sessions d’examen de titres professionnels délivrés par le ministère du Travail.
Véritable garant(e) du respect du cadre réglementaire, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité, la neutralité et la conformité des sessions d’examen.
Sous la responsabilité de la direction / coordination des certifications, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Avant la session
● Aider à la préparation et à l’organisation les sessions d’examen (logistique, planning, convocations).
● Aider à la vérification de la conformité administrative des dossiers candidats.
● S’assurer de l’adéquation du plateau technique avec le référentiel du titre.
● Coordonner la présence et l’accueil des membres du jury.
Pendant la session
● Garantir le bon déroulement de la session dans le respect du règlement général.
● Accueillir les jurys et les candidats.
● Veiller au respect des règles d’impartialité, de confidentialité et d’équité.
● Gérer les éventuels aléas organisationnels.
Après la session
● Superviser la complétude et la signature des procès-verbaux.
● Transmettre les documents réglementaires au service pédagogique de l’école
● Rigueur administrative, sens de l’organisation et fiabilité.
● Aisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs variés (jurys, candidats, administration).
● Capacité à faire respecter un cadre réglementaire strict.
● Neutralité et absence de conflit d’intérêt avec les candidats.
Chaque formateur devra répondre aux critères qui le concernent du référentiel QUALIOPI.
