The Project Manager leads day-to-day contract operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence while managing the program's P&L. They are responsible for staffing the contract with qualified personnel and serving as the primary point of contact for the customer.
Candidates must have 10-15 years of progressive operational experience in fleet programs, including at least 5 years of project management with P&L responsibility for fleets of 1000+ vehicles. A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree and professional licenses are preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager will act as the primary leader on the contract and will manage the day-to-day operations on the contract, ensuring all regulatory requirements and dictated timelines are met and ensuring the contract is phased in and executed within the budget set in the proposal documents. The Project Manager will be responsible for the P/L of the program and will be accountable for financial performance. Will sets all policies and directives to ensure good order and discipline of contract employees. Will ensure staffing is managed to adequately achieve the contract objectives and will staff the contract with certified and qualified employees that meet the contract requirements.
