Candidates must have a high school education and 3 months to 2 years of experience, preferably in the food industry. Certification and proficiency in operating reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks are required.

A. PURPOSE
Under close supervision, the employee performs a full range of assignments using higher level Management guidance to assure that all products leave the plant in compliance with consumer expectations. No product shall be shipped or loaded into any trailer without verification of documents (PO#), and inspection of the carrier’s trailers. This position will support the Shipping Department by loading Finished Product accordingly to ensure that the right orders are shipped on time and in an orderly manner following proper procedures in place.
