Join a truly international team
Based in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will join our international Group Vertical Compliance team, working with colleagues across the globe from Panama to Singapore. The team consists of a support function responsible for framework implementation, auditing, and training, and a vertical specific function covering Healthcare, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, and Technology.

Strengthening logistics quality, governance, and supply chain consistency
In this role, you will work with compliance, operations and commercial teams to strengthen logistics quality, governance, and supply chain consistency for technology related logistics services.
This entails translating quality and compliance requirements into practical ways of working. It also involves developing, maintaining, and improving the Technology Vertical compliance framework to support business needs, customer commitments, and operational realities.
You will be creating clear processes, establish relevant controls, and hands-on guidance for high value and sensitive shipments, secure handling, service consistency, supplier capability, customer specific requirements, and continuous improvement across the technology supply chain.
The ability to manage many different stakeholders and to build strong relationships with your colleagues in the vertical compliance team as well as in the organisation is imperative to succeed in this role. To support effective collaboration, you will:
- Monitor compliance against the Technology Vertical framework, identify gaps in logistics quality or operational execution, and support corrective actions.
- Use audits and reviews, including findings, incident trends, and stakeholder feedback, to strengthen the framework and improve operational effectiveness.
- Track changing requirements across customer expectations, logistics risks, service levels, and business needs to ensure the framework evolves in a controlled and proportionate way.
- Support governance activities, risk discussions, and decision making related to technology logistics quality and compliance.
- Drive accountability by ensuring teams understand and own their compliance responsibilities.
- Promote consistency in how compliance expectations are applied across the organization while strengthening shared ownership of compliance outcomes through clear communication and partnership.

We are looking for a new colleague who brings a combination of solid experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a similar field, with technical competence in quality, compliance, and governance.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- understand how shipments move through complex supply chains and can translate customer, regulatory, and internal requirements into clear standards and practical processes.
- May have worked with technology related logistics, high value or sensitive shipments, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, data center logistics, white glove services, or other complex supply chain solutions.
- Are comfortable working with requirements related to service quality, secure handling, customer commitments, supplier performance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Are looking for a logistics quality and compliance role rather than an IT or technical support position.
- Possess strong stakeholder collaboration skills across operations, quality, commercial, and leadership teams.
