Responsible for the maintenance of the company bike fleet and the daily coordination of warehouse operations in Girona. Tasks include inventory management, shipping and receiving equipment, and providing mechanical support for European operations.
Requires at least 2 years of bike mechanic experience with specific knowledge of Shimano Di2 and SRAM systems. Candidates must have a valid EU Category B driver's license and legal authorization to work in Spain.

TRL is looking to add a hands-on Bike Mechanic & Warehouse Coordinator to our team based in Girona, Spain.
This role will primarily be responsible for providing awesome support to our European operations. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a thorough understanding of bike mechanics, strong customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality. This is a full-time position based in our warehouse in Girona, Spain, and reports to the European Logistics Operations Manager. The annual salary range for this position is €24,000–26,000 gross, depending on experience. Interest in the active travel industry is beneficial, but not necessary.
