The Investment Tax Counsel will oversee tax aspects of investment activities, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and exit planning across various asset classes. They will also manage relationships with external advisors and support strategic tax initiatives across Europe and APAC.
Candidates must have 8 to 12 years of experience in tax advisory, law, or investment management with strong expertise in European transaction tax. A strong academic background in Tax, Law, Finance, or Economics is required, ideally supported by a professional tax qualification.
