Establish and manage HR controlling and workforce transparency across the NovaTaste Group in collaboration with HR and Finance. Responsible for personnel cost planning, KPI development, and providing data-driven analyses to support strategic decisions and organizational transformations.
Requires a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with several years of experience in HR Controlling or FP&A. Must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or SAP, and fluent English communication skills.
