The Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for growing the hotel's leisure business by building strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs. They will negotiate commercial agreements and collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to position the hotel as a top destination choice.
Candidates must have previous leisure sales experience in the hospitality industry and a strong knowledge of international leisure markets. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with a proactive mindset for a hotel opening environment.

Serás la persona responsable de impulsar el negocio del segmento Leisure, creando relaciones sólidas con agencias, tour operadores y socios estratégicos, y posicionando el hotel como un referente en el destino.
Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado Leisure.
Gestionar la relación con agencias de viajes, tour operadores, DMCs y otros partners.
Negociar acuerdos comerciales y maximizar resultados.
Representar al hotel en ferias y eventos del sector.
Trabajar de la mano con los equipos de Revenue y Marketing para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
We are looking for a passionate Leisure Sales Manager to help shape its success from day one.
You'll be responsible for growing our leisure business, building strong partnerships and positioning the hotel as a preferred choice for travellers from around the world.
Grow the hotel's leisure business across key markets.
Build lasting relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs.
Negotiate commercial agreements and drive revenue.
Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
Work closely with Revenue and Marketing to achieve commercial goals.
Experiencia en ventas Leisure dentro del sector hotelero.
Conocimiento del mercado nacional e internacional.
Capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas y detectar oportunidades.
Inglés y Español fluidos; otros idiomas serán un plus.
Una persona con iniciativa, orientación a resultados y muchas ganas de formar parte de una apertura.
Previous Leisure Sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of international leisure markets.
Fluent English and Spanis; additional languages are a plus.
