Vos principales missions:
-Assurer l'accueil des clients tout au long du séjour et leur fournir toute information nécessaire au bon déroulement de celui ci.
-Suivi administratifs des check-in et check-out , encaissements.
-Réalisation de la clôture journalière
-Contrôle et application des normes et standards de la marque.
-Garantir le calme et la sécurité de l'hotel durant la nuit.
Vous parlez anglais ou une autre langue , vous êtes à l'aise avec l'informatique , n'hésitez pas et rencontrons nous !
