Lead and organize downstream process development activities for portfolio pipeline projects, including chromatography and membrane separation methods. Supervise project-related activities, document scientific studies, and support technology transfers to internal and external partners.
Requires a degree in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields with several years of industry experience. Proficiency in downstream processing, statistical software, and regulatory CMC development processes is essential.
As Senior Expert and Functional Lead, you will provide scientific leadership across key biologics programs and act as a trusted DSP subject matter expert within multidisciplinary development teams.
Work on innovative biologics programs that directly support major clinical and commercial milestones.
Shape development strategies and key technical decisions across a global portfolio.
Help integrate modeling, automation, data science and AI into downstream process development.
From laboratory development and pilot scale studies to global technology transfers and commercial manufacturing.
Collaborate with experts across Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Analytical Development and global manufacturing sites.
