The Nurse Manager supervises nursing care and services on assigned units to ensure all patient care activities are completed. They are responsible for assigning personnel, identifying staff training needs, and providing leadership to ensure high-quality, tailored patient rehabilitation.
Candidates must have a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least five years of nursing experience, including two years in an inpatient hospital setting. A previous leadership role and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are preferred, with ACLS and CRRN certifications required within a year of hire.
