Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Full Time - Population Health Quality Coordinator. This position will be based out of our new Palmdale clinic. This position is responsible for leading the quality improvement activities needed to perform favorably on contracts and ACO financial incentives as well as to deliver overall high-quality care as a Medical Assistant to appropriate patient populations.
