The Registered Nurse manages patient care within a fast-paced 32-bed unit to achieve optimum outcomes safely and cost-effectively. Responsibilities include collaborating with a team to treat complex populations including renal, cardiac, neuro, and bariatric patients.
Requires a nursing degree from an accredited school and a valid Indiana RN license. A minimum of one year of inpatient RN experience is mandatory.

Make a Difference
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.
The Registered Nurse will work within an exciting, fast-paced environment! The RN will work collaboratively with a great team in this 32-bed unit with a complex patient population to include renal, cardiac, neuro, bariatric, critical strokes, multi-system failure, and overflow for ONS.
