The Patient Care Technician provides direct care to patients with end-stage renal disease by monitoring vital signs and assisting with dialysis treatments. They also participate in infection control, patient education, and maintain clinical inventory under the supervision of a registered nurse.
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. While previous healthcare experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as the company provides a comprehensive 12-week training program.

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments. Our PCTs are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient.
Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Compensation: Pay range from $16-$25 per hour, depending on healthcare experience; experience not required
