The role serves as the primary point of contact for students and clients, managing front-of-house reception and general campus administration. Key duties include overseeing Wellness Clinic operations, managing bookings and stock, and supporting student workflows.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor or Diploma level competency is an advantage, and experience in healthcare or education settings is desired.

The Clinic and Campus Administrator is a highly visible, front-facing role and serves as the first point of contact for students, staff and clinic clients. This position supports a broad range of campus and clinic operations, with focus areas that may evolve in response to business priorities and the needs of the student experience. Reporting to the Clinic & Campus Manager and wider team, the role helps maintain an organised, welcoming and efficient environment across both the Wellness Clinic and campus facilities.
