The Lead Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of high-quality meals for residents in a senior living environment. They also guide and train less experienced cooks while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards.
A high school diploma and a current Food Handler's Permit are required. Candidates should possess advanced classical cooking skills and knowledge of state sanitation regulations.
