We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager – Global QMS Transformation to play a key role in delivering a global quality transformation program, including the implementation of a Veeva Vault-based enterprise quality platform.
In this role, you will act as the day-to-day execution lead and trusted partner to the Director, Global QMS Transformation, owning the execution of the implementation and ensuring it delivers measurable business value.
Your tasks
Drive Global Transformation
Manage day-to-day execution of a global QMS implementation program
Translate strategic objectives into structured, actionable plans
Ensure delivery across all phases, including design, build, testing, and deployment
Monitor progress, oversee risks, resolve issues, and maintain overall program momentum
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and implement harmonized QMS processes
Balance business requirements with scalable and sustainable system solutions
Drive alignment across functions and sites while navigating complexity
Manage Partners and Delivery
Coordinate and oversee external vendors and system integrators
Ensure high standards of delivery quality, accountability, and collaboration
Maintain a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to execution
Ensure Compliance Integration and Business Readiness
Embed compliance requirements into program execution in partnership with internal stakeholders
Drive business readiness and successful deployment by leading and coordinating change management, communication, and training activities
Your Profile
8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
Proven experience supporting or leading system implementations and/or transformation programs, ideally in a global environment
Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GMP frameworks
Experience working across cross-functional stakeholders
Experience implementing Veeva Vault (or other digital quality systems)
Strong execution focus with a demonstrated ability to deliver results
Ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Lean Six Sigma nice to have
Familiarity with computer system validation (CSV) in regulated environments would be a plus
